Grace is accepting new clients!

Hello and welcome!

My name is Grace (She/They), and I am honored to be here with you.

Finding the right therapist can be daunting. I know sifting through so many modalities and specialties can feel like a lot of jargon. While specialties and training are important, this relationship and our human connection is foundational to the healing process.

I approach the therapeutic relationship as a partnership and healing as a journey. You are the expert on your life and are empowered to pick the destination. Together, we make the map, and I help navigate our expedition, offering guidance, tools, and support to facilitate healing.

I acknowledge and applaud your bravery in seeking therapy. It's not always easy to ask for support, but I'm so glad you're here. We are all impacted by trauma in some way or form. By approaching the self with curiosity and care, we begin to change our lives and heal.  Wherever you may be in your journey, I'd love to support you in your self-exploration. I'm ready when you are.

More About Grace

  • When clients can more easily identify and attune to their emotions, they are more present and engaged in their lives and able to form more meaningful connections. I help clients reconnect with their bodies and experience the interconnection of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. My therapeutic approach is grounded in the mind-body connection and draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Gestalt approaches, along with somatic practices. I am a trained Ketamine-assisted psychotherapist, and use KAP to support stuck clients reach deeper healing.

As an IFS practitioner, I believe all individuals inherently possess the wisdom necessary to heal. I hold space for my clients to get curious about their internal world and have seen that the hardest parts to look at often have the most to teach us.

Frequently, what have historically been viewed as symptoms (or named as problems) are actually parts that are attempting to keep the Self safe. These parts might be operating off of outdated or misguided information. Through slowing and spending time with these parts they are able to feel safe and secure, and update their understanding of the individual’s needs. And in turn, as clients begin to see their struggles as adaptive responses to life's challenges, they are able to cultivate more self-compassion, understanding, and, ultimately, self-love.

In order to create a safe space, I am deeply committed to social justice practices. I use an anti-oppressive framework in all of my client interactions. My work is built upon the knowledge that healing is not only an individual process but a collective endeavor, deeply intertwined with the broader societal context.

Grief and shame are tough companions that many people carry from trauma. Together, we can unpack them and lighten the burden of impactful memories that keep replaying in your mind. Whether you have lost a loved one, a part of yourself, or even a future you imagined we will explore how your loss has impacted your story.

    • Utilizes Bottom-up, Somatic approaches

    • Integrates Neuroscience

    • Focused on rekindling your Mind-Body Connection

    • Shame is a heavy companion to carry alone

    • Grief work allows us to honor our past while still moving forward

  • My niche is supporting neurodivergent individuals and their relationships. As an ADHD therapist, my own neurodivergence is a part of my identity I deeply value. I have found my unique strengths and challenges and love holding space for clients to do the same. Masking or just managing the expectations of a neurotypical world can be exhausting and damaging. I offer a neurodiversity-affirming approach. While some individuals appreciate the confirmation of formal diagnosis, I'm interested in my clients’ lived experience and how I can support them in accessing a more authentic existence. I particularly enjoy working with neurodivergent clients around sexual and gender identity exploration, pleasure, partnership, and dating.

I enjoy working with individuals and couples of all types navigating childhood trauma and attachment wounds. Developmental trauma often shows up later in life as roadblocks to connection. It’s an honor to hold space for my clients to return to these memories as adults and offer those stuck parts a chance to heal. As a queer woman, I love doing this work with LGBTQIA+ communities and am especially interested in ethical non-monogamy and polyamory, and supporting healthy attachment in all relationship structures.

I have a deep passion for psychedelic therapy and am committed to exploring innovative treatment modalities to help my clients reach profound healing. I offer IFS-informed Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to support my clients access to Self, and their difficult to unblend parts.

  • My journey began with a pretty tumultuous childhood. As a result, I’ve always had a boundless curiosity for humanity. That curiosity has served me well. I’m a deep diver, an enthusiastic learner, and have lived some pretty varied lives. I, among many things, am an artist, maker, community organizer, devoted friend, animal lover, ardent traveler, and resilient optimist.

The practices I utilize as a therapist are those that have transformed my own life. As a client, I could explain my emotions, make connections, and hypothesize on reasons for my feelings but it wasn't until I made a true connection with my body that I was able to feel my emotions, and things began to shift. When I discovered parts work, my internal well of self-compassion was opened. I began to know myself better than ever before, I had more bandwidth, increased resilience, and could form more meaningful relationships with others because I had a more profound relationship with myself. I believe healing is possible, because I have experienced it first hand.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends, giving love to my pup, Frida, making art, watching movies and writing reviews only I find funny, cooking delicious vegan food, and planning my next travel adventure. I love exploring new cities, and especially enjoy going to museums and checking out roadside oddities.
