Meet our Therapists

  • Maddie Domin, LCSW

Welcome! My name is Maddie Domin (she/her & they/them), and I am a queer, Latinx, larger bodied, detribalized Indigenous social worker that is WAY too obsessed with houseplants. I grew up on the outskirts of Austin while escaping to the city as often as possible once I got my drivers license. I attended TCU in Fort Worth where I fell in love with social work after I attempted being a business major for a singular semester (that econ class did not work out). I obtained my BSW and immediately began my MSSW on a clinical track at UT Austin. After graduating and obtaining my LMSW, I worked in community mental healthcare in the Transgender Wellness Program of Out Youth working with queer and transgender young adults allowed me to pour into my community while also prioritizing my personal and professional ethical responsibilities.

  • Grace Lawrie, LPC Associate

Welcome! My name is Grace (She/They), and I am honored to be here with you. Finding the right therapist can be daunting. I know sifting through so many modalities and specialties can feel like a lot of jargon. While specialties and training are important, this relationship and our human connection is foundational to the healing process. I approach the therapeutic relationship as a partnership and healing as a journey. You are the expert on your life and are empowered to pick the destination. Together, we make the map, and I help navigate our expedition, offering guidance, tools, and support to facilitate healing.

  • Noelle Prax, LPC

My name is Noelle Prax (she/her) and I am a trauma healer and fierce advocate for my clients. Before becoming a therapist I was an Emergency Medical Technician, and often assisted with reproductive healthcare and sexual violence cases in the Emergency Room. Holding the hands of my brave patients inspired me to pursue a counseling career where I could heal the psychological trauma that interactions with our healthcare system often leave behind. I believe the connection between mind and body is fundamental in creating change in people’s lives, and if trauma has touched your story this connection may have been severed. Our bodies often give us cues like feeling overstimulated, feeling disconnected from our surroundings, or even just shutting down.

  • Andreanna Barley, LPC Associate

Hi, I’m Andreanna (they/she). My approach to therapy is rooted in curiosity, empathy and authenticity. I believe deeply in the power of the therapeutic relationship and seek to build a strong foundation of trust and authenticity from which we may work together on your personal healing and self-discovery. I work to foster a safe and empowering space for individuals and couples to sift through their stories and experiences in order to better understand themselves and their patterns and allow space for healing from trauma and attachment wounds.

  • Alex Morgan, LPC Associate

My name is Alex, and I am a compassion-led clinician with a goal of creating and maintaining an open and trusting connection with the people I work with. Because of my curious nature toward humanity and relationships, I believe that you have everything within you to navigate the challenges of life while maintaining inner peace and contentment in both your personal life and relationships. Each part of you—yes, even the ones that are hard to face—has something to teach you about yourself. Let’s explore these parts and emotions together.

  • Julia Berg, LPC Associate

Hi, I’m Julia—a trauma-informed IFS and EMDR therapist, the daughter of a Chinese immigrant, a goofball, a world traveler, and a fellow human who has experienced the transformative power of therapy. Therapy gave me the space to unpack and truly feel my emotions, guiding me through healing from childhood trauma and helping me discover who I want to be and how to show up authentically in the world with greater self-compassion and clarity.

  • Nic Ahumada, LPC Associate

Hello, my name is Nic (they/she). As a therapist, I’m dedicated to crafting a space where authenticity, connection, and mutual growth are at the forefront of our relationship together. With a personal background shaped by my first/third generation Mexican-American indigenous roots, and queer identity, I’ve experienced navigating both individual and relational complexities within the context of systemic challenges that are constantly evolving. As someone who is also neurodivergent (ADHD), I constantly work to bring a perspective to therapy that acknowledges how our selves, experiences, and societal structures intertwine to shape our identities, relationships, and our mental health.

  • Shelly Crossland, LPC Associate

Welcome! My name is Shelly (she/her). I have been described by clients, peers, and loved ones as open-minded, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I feel these qualities allow me to work with clients from all cultural backgrounds, belief systems, and life experiences. In our sessions together, I commit to showing up as my authentic self, leading with vulnerability and honesty, and hope to help you do the same.

  • phoebe cocetti, lpc associate

    My name is Phoebe (she/her).
As someone who has experienced confusion and disconnection from myself when dysregulated, my therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in exploring what it means to be embodied in our lives.

  • Ansley Huffman, LPC Associate

Hi there, my name is Ansley Huffman (she/her). I earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A). My therapeutic approach integrates the mind-body connection, helping individuals recognize the deep interplay between their physical and emotional well-being. While many people intellectually understand their challenges, I invite clients to explore how emotions are stored and expressed within the body. At our core, we all want to be heard. This belief fuels my commitment to creating a space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. I strive to empower clients to embrace their journey with courage, self-compassion, and a deeper connection to themselves. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll likely find me swimming, creating art, or curled up with my beloved cat, Sylvie!

  • Amber Reed, Counseling Intern

Welcome! My name is Amber (she/her), and I’m glad you’re here.

As a counseling intern and longtime therapy recipient, I come to this work with deep reverence for the healing process and the healing capacity each person brings into the therapy room. My own unfolding journey as a biracial (white + indigenous), neurodivergent, queer woman with lived experience of complex trauma is what draws me to this work and deeply informs my practice. While I have intersecting identities that have been sources of injustice in my life, I also strive to acknowledge and be mindful of the many privileges I hold. Integrating social justice into my practice as a counselor is a passion of mine, and I welcome these conversations into the therapy room.
