You deserve to feel safe in your body, grounded in yourself, and supported in your healing — to move at your own pace and in your own way. Together, we’ll create space to breathe, to soften, and to come home to yourself.
who i work with
I work with:
● Children (ages 3+)
● Adolescents
● Adults
● Couples
I create spaces of safety and connection for every stage of life.
You might be feeling:
● Disconnected from yourself
● Stuck in the “in-between”
● Overwhelmed by past trauma
● Unsafe in your own body
● Flooded by emotions
● Or wondering if relief is even possible
These struggles can leave you feeling fragmented, as though parts of you are hidden or out of sync. Trauma and stress impact the nervous system, making it hard to feel whole, safe, or at ease.
I’m here to support you in reclaiming your sense of safety, reconnecting with the wisdom of your body, and creating space for healing and release. Together, we’ll gently bring awareness to the parts of you that may feel forgotten or shut down and welcome them back into connection. Along the way, we’ll use integrative approaches like somatic practices to deepen your mind-body connection, Internal Family Systems (IFS) to heal the parts of you that carry pain, and mindfulness and compassion to meet your emotions with care as they arise.
You don’t have to do this alone — I’ll be with you every step of the way, offering grounded guidance and care.
how i work
I take an integrative approach to healing, blending:
● Somatic therapy — to release tension and restore mind-body connection
● Internal Family Systems (IFS) — to offer compassion to the wounded parts within
● Attachment-based therapy — to heal relationship patterns and build secure connection
● Polyvagal theory — to regulate your nervous system and build resilience
● Mindfulness practices — to help you stay present and attuned to your body
For children and adolescents, I offer:
● Safe, connected spaces for emotional exploration
● Play therapy, where children can express their feelings naturally
● Support for children to grow confidence and feel at home in their bodies

who i am:
I’m a therapist and guide who believes deeply in the power of healing and growth. Originally from Oregon, I’ve always felt a deep connection to nature, and that grounding influence shapes the way I approach my work. My path to therapy has been deeply informed by my own healing journey. The tools I now share — mindfulness, somatic practices, IFS, and energy work — have supported me through transformations I once thought were out of reach. That’s why I’m passionate about sharing them with you.
I believe in the wisdom of the “wounded healer” — that our challenges can become a wellspring of strength and compassion. I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support as you reconnect with your true self and move through life with more peace and purpose.
